China Whine-ah

Greetings.

I am very tired. I'm sure it would frighten you to see me this way now. The bags beneath my eyes would weigh too much for air travel. I don't know what I'm going to do, but I've got to do something. All this work and not enough sleep. I honestly don't recommend it people. Pray that I don't let my work and blog dwindle into nothingness. Oh, what am I talking about? Of course I won't. I'm getting another 4.0 this semester. And that's that.

But it seems like I won't be able to go to China until next summer. But I'm still in expectation of something to pop out of the blue. Someone is about to put a large sum of monies in my hand. And then I'll be able to go this year and spend all the time I want there.....



This Time

Pray that my faith does not waiver.
Commend me to the God we serve
that I don't falter.
I have the merit and I have the time.
Lift my chin and pat my head. Tell
me that hope is not dead.
Make pleas on my behalf to the most high.
Be on my side, oh please vie
for the best. And this time,
Oh, please this time give me rest.


Inspiration/Reason

I was inspired by my current predicament and all that I'm praying for right now. I hope this doesn't sound foolish. But I really pray a million dollars just drops in my lap this week. Before Friday. Mark me. I prayed for it. So when I'm raving on here about what's happened to me so miraculously, mark me....

Closing/Future

In closing, I hope to keep this up more often. I don't like  missing days on my blog. I'm sure  you my faithful bloggerians don't like either. In the future, there will be consistency and the forecast says Showers of Millions. :D

Greetings....


Well, I've gone and done it. This morning was my first doctor's appointment in nearly three years. Don't you shake your head at me! I don't know why. But anyway, I was genuinely nervous. Like I seriously was anxious about how it would be.

And yes, I got a Pap. If you don't know what it is.... then look it up. Because I won't be reiterating it here...

Anyways!

I got alot of work done today regarding my Study Abroad China program thingy. I got my application 60% done and I got passport photos. I even got the scholarship applications printed and ready to submit. I don't know why it seems like I never have anything to write anymore lately...

Hopefully that phase will pass. But I have much more work to do, including an essay for the application and alot of reading for the online History class. And the library is closing in about fifteen minutes... sigh.


So I gotta go. But I'm glad I got here to blog for you before it got tooo late!

Medea and Money

Greetings.


Today I did well in our discussion on Medea during Play Analysis. It was very interesting. I put my two sense in and then I got feedback every now and then. It was a good day. Over all. I just feel really good about it. Kahlia friend to the rescue after class. And then we floated around campus completing random tasks my boss asked of me. Then we escaped away to eat lunch [once more illegally] in the library.

Also,

I'm about to get paid!! WHOOOOT!

Time Wasted

Greetings.

I'm sorry about that yesterday. Again. I just wasn't feeling the whole 'stay on campus all day' thing. So I left to go home about an hour after my 11am class [Play Analysis w/Mrs. O'Shea]. It was such a breath of fresh air until I laid down that night and realized I hardly got anything done....

But anyways.

This morning was decent. I had a nice ride over. Hopefully I'll be done with all my work within the hour. Late night tonight because of Astronomy Lab, sigh. I sure hope I wasn't supposed to do any of that stuff beforehand. ...

Shrug.
